You have 30 days from delivery to return for a full refund, no questions asked. The shoes need to be unworn outdoors — indoor try-on is fine and expected. We check the soles when processing returns, so try them on carpet or clean floors rather than outside. If you are unsure about sizing, order two sizes and return the one that does not fit.
